At checkout, you can select a delivery date. Select a date and get ready for the arrival of your order. Tracking information is sent by email 24 hours prior the scheduled arrival date. We will try our best to process orders and deliver by the selected delivery date if/when weather permits.

Our policy stands for replacements or store credit only in case of DOA (See Policy)
All sales are final We DO NOT offer refunds, cancelations or exchanges after orders have been processed and in transit.
We require pictures of all doa specimens:
We only charge taxes to sales in California. Any orders sold and shipped out outside of CA are not subject to a sales tax.
Once we receive the digital photos, we will issue either store credit or replacement. All DOA replacement(s) could be sent with a future order. Refunds are NOT given.
Shipping charges are not covered for replacement coral and/or fish shipments. All replacement orders are subject to a shipping charge of $44.99 NO EXCEPTIONS
