Unconditioned fish
Unconditioned fish come as-is from the supplier and are excluded from our 7-day live guarantee. We treat them with Seachem ParaGuard® dips over 24 hours, plus another 24 hours in our system to de-stress and acclimate before shipping. We cannot guarantee the survival of an unconditioned fish after delivery.
Note: we encourage you to fully quarantine all fish after arrival to prevent infections and parasites.
