Over a decade in the hobby/industry, we’ve polled our quarantine knowledge and expertise together to offer you the CoralNerd Guarantee. This is a strict protocol spanning up to 6-weeks in addition to a 10 day observation/acclimation prior ship out. Our 4 phase system run with Coppersafe®, Paraguard®, Prazipro® and , medicated for most parasites. We do this to ensure fish are free of internal and external parasites while making sure they are eating high quality foods for maximum nutrition and immunity.
This option is almost straight out of the bag direct from our supplier. We will only treat this fish with Seachem Paraguard® dips in a 24hour span plus another 24 hour in our system for de-stressing & acclimation prior shipout. This option is excluded from our 7Day Live Guarantee. We encourage to medicate and full quarantine this fish after arrival to prevent any infections/parasites. We cannot guarantee the survival of a non conditioned fish after delivery.

At checkout, you can select a delivery date. Select a date and get ready for the arrival of your order. Tracking information is sent by email 24 hours prior the scheduled arrival date. We will try our best to process orders and deliver by the selected delivery date if/when weather permits.

Our site offers two types of accounts at checkout; A Guest account and a registered account.
We suggest creating an account on our site to better keep track on orders, wishlist items and upcoming sales.
Our policy stands for replacements or store credit only in case of DOA (See Policy).
All sales are final and We DO NOT accept refunds, cancelations or exchanges after orders have been processed and in transit.
