What does “conditioned” mean?
Conditioned fish go through a strict protocol of 2 to 6 weeks in four independent medicated systems, plus a 5-day observation and acclimation period before shipping. Read about our conditioning process.
What about unconditioned fish?
Unconditioned fish ship as-is from the supplier after ParaGuard® dips and 24 hours of acclimation in our system. They’re excluded from our 7-day live guarantee, and we recommend quarantining them after arrival.
Shipping
What shipping methods are available?
All orders ship UPS Next Day Air® in insulated boxes, with heat or ice packs when needed, for a flat rate of $45. Orders over $299 ship free. Combined shipping is available on orders placed within the same week.
When will I get my order?
Choose a delivery date at checkout. Tracking information is emailed 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. We do our best to deliver on your selected date, weather permitting.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We ship to the lower 48 states only.
Orders and payment
How can I edit or cancel my order?
Orders can’t be canceled once tracking information has been issued or the order has been processed. We can edit details and re-invoice for add-on items. Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee, no exceptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our site.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to keep track of your orders and upcoming sales.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is emailed 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Returns
Can I return a product?
All sales are final: we don’t offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges once an order has been processed and is in transit. If livestock arrives dead, our live arrival guarantee covers a replacement or store credit.
