What we collect
- Orders: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order details, so we can fulfil and support your order.
- Payments: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact form: what you send us, so we can reply.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Reviews: your name and review, which appear publicly on the product. If you use Gravatar, your profile picture may appear too.
- Cookies: used to keep your cart and login working. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How we use and share it
We use your information to process and ship orders (we share delivery details with UPS), answer your questions, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. We don’t sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any information we aren’t required to keep.
Your choices
You can view and update your details under My Account, unsubscribe from emails, or ask for a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing info@coralnerd.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
