All orders ship UPS Next Day Air® in insulated boxes, with heat or ice packs when needed. Delivery is guaranteed by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m., depending on your area.

- Shipping days: Monday through Thursday. WYSIWYG orders ship on the next available shipping day unless you ask otherwise.

Delivery date and tracking
Choose a delivery date at checkout. We email tracking information 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date so you can plan to be there. If you can’t receive your order that day, contact us and we’ll make other arrangements. We do our best to deliver on your selected date, weather permitting.
You can also have your order held at a UPS pickup location. Pick it up within 2 hours of it becoming available to keep your live arrival guarantee.
