All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air® :
Guaranteed delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m. in insulated boxes with heat or ice packs when needed, at a flat rate of $44.99 for all orders.
Combined shipping is available on orders placed within the same week. Shipping days are Monday through Thursday. WYSIWYG orders will ship the next available business day from the purchase date unless specified otherwise by customer.

You will receive an email with tracking information prior to your order shipping so you can make arrangements for your order. If you are unable to receive your order on the date specified, please contact us so we can make other arrangements. Local Pick-up available at your local UPS Pick-up Location. Please contact us to arrange a pick-up time for your order.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

The following items are NOT covered under our DOA policy:

  • Anglers/Frogfish
  • Expert-only ITEMS
  • Giveaway/Free Items

*Expert Only Items and Non-conditioned:
Our DOA Policy limits and excludes ‘Expert Only’ items, “unconditioned” items and ‘non-conditioned’ items. We only guarantee the live arrival. Any issue/Dead after acclimation or within the 2 hours of arrival will not be covered. We consider specimens in this category to be delicate and more susceptible to stress during shipping and acclimation.

Buyer must be present and available at the time of delivery or ALL warranty will be voided. If you pick up, you must be pick-up within 2 hours of availability, or ALL warranty will be voided.
In any event of order refusal, ALL Credit and DOA Coverage will be forfeited.

In an unlikely event of DOA (Dead on Arrival), We need to be notified within 2 hours of the time UPS delivers the package (or within 2 hours from the time the package was picked up if hold for pick up option was chosen).

We will need a clear digital picture(s) of the specimen(s) in the bag, and picture(s) out of the bag.
In addition, take a group picture of all DOA items out of the bag on a white background and write the arrival date on a piece of paper next to those items.

Once we receive the digital photos, we will send you a replacement(s) in your future order. Refunds are NOT given. Shipping is not covered for replacement coral and/or fish shipments. Call our customer service line in this rare event, phone number and email is provided on our website as well. DO NOT discard items until we have resolved the issue. Coral Nerd cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays from the shipping companies. We cannot guarantee replacement coral(s) and/or Fish. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given.

The customer also agrees not to file any dispute and/or claims with our credit card company or any other payment method if it fall under our terms and conditions of sales.

NOTICE: Keep in mind, corals are often very stressed due to shipping. On the rare occasion when they arrive, their coloration may be slightly different than what is pictured initially or their polyps may not open for a short time thereafter. Though rare, it may occur. Please give them time to acclimate to your home aquarium first. However, dead corals will have bare/peeling skin tissues, have a rotten smell, and sometimes turn white.

If for any reason you cancel any order, there will be a 10% restocking charge on all cancellations.

All our sales are final. We DO NOT accept returns and there are no refunds or returns, but we do want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

We do this to ensure fish are free of internal and external parasites while making sure they are eating high quality foods for maximum nutrition and immunity.

We will NOT ship a modified order without your confirmation, so your order will not ship if we cannot reach you.
