Strict protocol spanning from 2-weeks up to 6-weeks in addition to a 5 day observation/acclimation prior ship out.
Our 4 independent systems run with Coppersafe®, Paraguard®, Prazipro®, Metroplex®, Aqua-cipro® and Nitrofurazone medicated for most internal and external pathogens.
We do this to ensure fish are free of internal and external pathogens, while making sure they are eating high quality foods for maximum nutrition and immunity.
This option is as is from the supplier; therefore, excluded from our 7-day Live Guarantee.
We will only treat this fish with Seachem Paraguard® dips in a 24 hour span plus another 24 hour in our system for de-stressing & acclimation prior ship out.
We cannot guarantee the survival of a unconditioned fish after delivery.
Note: We encourage to fully quarantine all fish after arrival to prevent any or all infections/parasites.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air® in insulated boxes with heat or ice packs when needed, at a flat rate of $45
We offer free shipping on orders over $399.
Combined shipping is available on orders placed within the same week.
At checkout, you can select a delivery date. Select a date and get ready for the arrival of your order. Tracking information is sent by email 24 hours prior the scheduled arrival date. We will try our best to process orders and deliver by the selected delivery date if/when weather permits.
No. At the moment Shipping is available only to 48 lower states
Payment
We accept credit cards at checkout. All credit card information is not shared or stored in our system. Our payment processors are 100% secured.
Yes, all transactions are protected and encrypted through our payment merchant processor.
Orders & Returns
Our site offers two types of accounts at checkout; A Guest account and a registered account.
We suggest creating an account on our site to better keep track on orders, wishlist items and upcoming sales.
Our policy stands for replacements or store credit only in case of DOA (See Policy).
All sales are final and We DO NOT accept refunds, cancelations or exchanges after orders have been processed and in transit.
